Born in a hidden village of demon hunters in Earth whose exact whereabouts are unknown, Ira currently resides in a small forest near the boundary of Earth and Water, out on a mission to investigate the sudden surge of demons in the village. Unable to find the nest of demons, and upon discovering that our three heroes have combat abilities of their own, the clan decided to recruit the three for the purposes of the mission.

While an able fighter, and with a bit of ego that goes with being good at what she does, Ira certainly does geniunely care about people. She is reluctant to see anyone get hurt. She's confident enough in her abilities that she knows she doesn't have to prove anything to anyone else- unless her status is threatened. She does acknowledge Nakara's skills, and realizes that those skills do fall into the latter category, which pulls out her competitive nature. She views Meiko and Miyoshi differently, however. Ira thinks Meiko's really cute, and she finds Miyoshi extremely enthuastic about learning...to say the least.

Though she doesn't have any elemental or otherwise supernatural abilities, Ira is a good fighter, able even to take on Nakara. She specializes in close combat, but also possesses skill at throwing needles or knives. If the situation ever gets too bad, she always has her arsenal of scrolls to destroy demons. Brought up in a clan of hunters as she was, Ira realizes the importance of teamwork and will place aside personal matters to get the job done more effectively.
